Wind projects combine land agreements, permitting, yield assessment, grid planning, finance and construction. PLAN 8 coordinates these disciplines as one connected process.

Several years can pass between the initial idea and commissioning. At every stage, engineering, commercial and public interests have to be aligned. We maintain project knowledge and clear accountability throughout that development.

Strong projects begin with a suitable site

Location, wind resource, setbacks, access and the grid connection determine the potential of a site. For landowners, cooperation therefore starts with a traceable assessment, not a premature promise.

If development appears viable, land agreements and the lease model are structured transparently. Owners remain informed about planning steps, required studies and schedule dependencies.
