Irradiation and module area are only part of the picture. The grid connection, cable route, planning prospects and local setting determine whether a project is viable.

PLAN 8 develops a site-specific concept for each open-land or rooftop site. This includes layout planning, technical design, the grid connection commitment, cable-route rights and the required planning and application documents.

Assess sites and classify potential realistically

For open-land projects we consider size and geometry alongside planning law, nature protection, soil, access and distance to a potential grid connection. Only this combined view provides a useful first assessment.

For suitable sites, PLAN 8 can progress the process from land agreements and planning through permitting and delivery. Once commissioned, the asset can be managed technically and commercially throughout its operating life.
