This technical migration draft describes the data flows of the new site. It does not replace legal review.
Public website
By default, the public content pages set no cookies and load no trackers, external fonts or embedded maps. The hosting provider may process technical server log data.
Contact form
Form data is processed solely to route and respond to an enquiry. Message text is not stored permanently by the website. Technical security logs do not contain full message text.
Administration area
The protected administration area uses a technically necessary session cookie. Depending on configuration, authentication is local or through Microsoft Entra ID.
Controller and data subject rights
The controller, legal grounds, retention periods, recipients and data subject rights must be completed and confirmed by legal counsel before publication.
